Adventure Passes debuted at MCDL to an amazing response. However, due to that popularity we’ve run into a bit of a snag. Nearly 50 percent of the passes are not being picked up. In an effort to get these free passes into the hands of patrons who really want them we are making a few changes to the Adventure Pass process.
On June 13, MCDL sent an email to the 140+ existing reservations asking patrons to review their confirmation emails and affirm their reservations by emailing back or calling their local branch with the reservations they want to KEEP. All existing reservations that are confirmed by July 1 will be honored through the end of the year.
BORROWING INFORMATION :
- Passes are available for check out by current Adult CLEVNET library cardholders
- One (1) pass may be reserved or checked out on a valid Adult CLEVNET library card at a time.
- Passes are loaned for a one week (7 day) loan period only with no renewals
Lost, stolen, or damaged passes will incur a replacement fee of $100 per card, plus any accrued late return fees. Late fee for any overdue pass is $5 per day.
